Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to join our team. As a Logistics Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration, implementation, and support of logistics activities throughout the lifecycle of our projects.
This position requires a strong background in engineering, project management, and logistics support, as well as exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated logistics support plans and strategies to ensure project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of activities.Manage and coordinate logistics support activities, including maintenance planning, supply chain management, configuration management, and technical documentation.Prepare technical documentation, such as maintenance manuals, training support materials, and obsolescence management guides.Provide guidance on failure analysis and support effective maintenance practices.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to identify optimal solutions.Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to project schedules.Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on ILS-related matters.Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in support.Prepare and present regular progress reports and project documentation to management and stakeholders.About You We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for logistics and project management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in project management and logistics support.
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
