Experience with small commercial installations and reading plansPreventative and routine maintenanceCommissioning, installation, overhaul, fault finding, and servicing of mechanical servicesMaintaining equipment from package units to chillers and central plantExposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management SystemsQuoting small works and site managementYour Skills and Qualifications We look for someone with:
