An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at PENRITH store.
As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.
About You:

· -You must be available to work weekends and late nights.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership and assist in managing the store in order to achieve:
· Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
· Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
· Responsibility for your teams recruitment, development and performance
· Visual merchandising in your store
· Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
· This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.
· As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.
Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
