Job Opportunity: Finance Manager A rare opportunity for a Finance Manager has arisen in a renowned Not-For-Profit experiencing exciting times. The organisation goes from strength to strength and this key role reports directly to the CFO. This role will be varied and interesting with the duties including:
Business Partnering - Being the primary point of contact for all finance matters relating to your division, liaising with finance and non-finance stakeholders, and providing direct support to the CFO.Budgets, Month End and Financial Reporting across multiple programs - Ensuring all reporting is done in a timely manner along with the preparation of the annual budget, fund planning and quality monthly reporting packs with meaningful analysis.Financial Accounting - Knowledge of accounting standards, acquittals, completion of audit requirements, and preparation of the year-end reporting pack.Cash Flow and Operations - Working closely with the shared services function and management of Accounts Payable and Receivable.Assist to drive a new ERP system implementation and process improvement upgrades.Leadership of direct reports.We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Finance Manager with a real passion to work in the Not for Profit sector. To be successful you will be a full member of CA, ACCA or CPA with solid experience in financial and management accounting and a current working knowledge of accounting standards.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage workflows and multiple projects along with high-level communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. This is a key Finance Manager role within the organisation and you will demonstrate strong leadership and staff management experience.
