The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor As a Jobs Advisor you will be responsible for providing our customers with a high level of personalised support and service through individual and group sessions.
You are organised with a drive to achieve agreed objectives and targets, and can confidently manage your own caseload of job seekers to facilitate positive employment outcomes.
With an empathetic nature, you easily build relationships with a diverse range of people while simultaneously assessing the individual's needs and identifying appropriate supports to minimise barriers to obtaining sustainable and ongoing employment.
Your Key Responsibilities will include; Providing high level personalised support and service to our customers Manage your own caseload of job seekers Achieve agreed objectives and targets Criteria for Success Customer service skills and/or experience A passion for helping others Proven experience working with vulnerable individuals and/or community services A current NSW Working with Children Check A recent, clear National Police Check Why work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
