Arthur D. Little Australia is growing our team. Our initial focus is on the Energy Transition and industries that will support it. We are helping clients who are developing/acquiring renewable assets, optimising their existing businesses and preparing for the step-change in the supply chain to deliver major generation and transmission programs.
ResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting the delivery of often challenging & complex, yet interesting projectsWorking with a team to develop and validate improvement hypotheses that will enable our clients to define their strategy, transform their business and improve their operationsProviding rigorous analysis of client performance and challenges, end-to-end value chains and macroeconomic trendsConducting research into prospective clients, market trends and Energy Transition technology and projectsDeveloping compelling and pragmatic solutions leveraging Arthur D. Little's assets, capabilities and expertiseWorking directly with clients throughout the project to build trust, solve issues and deliver changeManaging the workload while coaching team members to ensure successful deliveryQualifications3-7 years of experience in strategy consulting with a leading firm. Exceptional candidates with experience in internal strategy or M&A roles will be consideredExperience in the Utilities, Energy and Infrastructure sectors is highly valuedIntellectual curiosity and a strong background of complex business analysis and problem-solvingStrong written and presentation skills with an ability to succinctly and creatively present robust and evidence-based messagesDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independentlyA track record of leading workstreams or project teams and delivering high-quality advice in a variety of industries and domainsUndergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic programMelbourne based. Candidates must have existing eligibility to live and work in Australia. Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally if required#J-18808-Ljbffr
