Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic, passionate, and highly skilled team. You will make a valuable contribution as a Job Placement Consultant.
Working with a diverse client base, you will provide resume development, interview training and job seeking services to assist clients locate new employment. Your role in this multidisciplinary team will play a critical part in achieving the best possible outcomes for people returning to work or transitioning into a new career after experiencing an injury or illness.
Using your drive and energy, you will have the confidence to utilise your initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. With strong verbal and written communication skills, your person-centric approach will ensure effective stakeholder management, build strong relationships with key customers, and exceed client expectations.
QualificationsOur new team member will have:
Experience within the industry (preferred)
The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle
The demonstrated ability to write resumes with a good understanding of the local labour market
A passion for assisting people live life to their full potential.
