In this role, you will use your customer service skills and ability to build relationships to support them in gaining skills that will lead to meaningful, sustainable employment.Your role will include:Delivering tailored, outcome-driven employment services, including assessment, pathway development, employer outreach, and ongoing support for sustainable employment.Completing intake assessments with participants to determine work readiness.Collaborating with members to set goals and implement strategies.Sourcing and matching employment opportunities for young people using a strengths-based, client-centered approach.Job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing the young person to employers.What we are looking forYou are passionate about your work.
