Job Description: We are currently seeking driven and motivated Offshore 2nd Officers with DP (Dynamic Positioning) experience. The ideal candidates will hold DP Advance certification as a minimum requirement and have a background in working on various types of vessels, including Anchor Handling, Platform Supply, Seismic, and Aquaculture.
Responsibilities: Operate and maintain vessel equipment under the direction of the Captain and Chief Officer.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.Assist in navigation and manoeuvring of the vessel.Monitor DP systems and respond to alarms and alerts.Supervise and train junior crew members.Maintain accurate records of vessel activities and reports.Requirements: Australian Work Rights (Passport with at least 6-month validity).Latest CV with updated Sea Time Letters.AMSA COC/GOC (Certificate of Competency/General Operator's Certificate).STCW Continued Competency Courses.DP Unlimited or Advanced DP Required.AMSA Medical or equivalent.MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).Join OSM Thome and be part of our dynamic team shaping the future of offshore operations in the Oil and Gas industry.
