The Job Coach's role is to guide our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment. On a typical day as a Job Coach you might be: Engage with the local community to provide wrap-around services to First Nations clients Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment; Mentoring clients to overcome employment barriers and supporting them through a tailored job plan; Networking with employers and reverse marketing clients to suitable jobs; Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process. Qualifications Attributes and Experience: Understanding of Aboriginal and CALD individuals and communities. Experience in a customer service or client facing role; Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges; Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders; Proven experience working with targets and KPI's.
