About the role:We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team supporting the day-to-day workforce activities relating to junior medical staff.

About you:We are seeking a skilled and energetic JMO Coordinator who possesses a passion for person-centred care.

As the JMO coordinator, you will benefit from strong communication skills, verbal and written, to liaise with all levels of staff.

Selection Criteria:1.
Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.2.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce transactions services and/or rostering and payroll services in a complex, high volume environment.3.
Highly developed communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.4.
Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, policies or procedural guidelines relevant to Medical Workforce activities.5.
Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a high volume environment.6.
Excellent attention to detail.7.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.8.
Demonstrated competency in computer use and relevant software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook), HRIS such as Workday and rostering systems such as Kronos or similar.
