Join our client, a leading global forex and CFD broker as a Jira Systems Consultant and play a key role in optimizing their Jira environment.
You will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes, recommending and implementing improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
A strong understanding of the Atlassian ecosystem is essential, as you'll be building and configuring solutions within this platform.
This role offers a flexible work schedule to accommodate occasional communication with our international offices.
While you'll typically work an 8-hour day, you may need to adjust your start time on some days to collaborate with colleagues in different time zones.
Working arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days a week in Melbourne CBD)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities: Review and analyze existing Jira workflows and processes.Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimization.Design, implement, and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, and configurations.Develop and deliver training to users on Jira best practices.Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on Jira-related issues.Migrate additional business processes into Jira.Collaborate with international offices to ensure alignment of Jira processes.Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Jira SME/Consultant.Strong understanding of Jira business processes, including incident management, project management, and basic workflows.Extensive knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and experience building within it.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desirable: Jira engineering capability.Experience with Jira Service Desk.Experience working in a global organization.
