Job DescriptionAbout the Role This is a great opportunity for a senior clinician looking for permanent part time employment in a leading not for profit community services and health care organisation.
Duties Working with the Care Coordinators, you'll work to provide outstanding care to residents in your service, advocating individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.Overseeing a team of care staff, you'll empower your team through learning, support and leadership in order to advance the level of service to your residents.In conjunction with your Residential Service Manager, you'll ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.You'll ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through your diligence with ACFI funding, care planning and community engagement. You'll plan and implement care initiatives centred on quality improvements, driving positive changes within your services.Starting basic hourly rate of $58 per hour (depending on qualification and experience).Access to salary packaging & meal and entertainment benefits.Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.Values-based culture & rewards and recognition.Desired Skills and ExperienceCOVID - 19 Requirements Immunization history showing you have received two doses of a Covid 19 vaccine is encouraged.Required Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Experience in managing and leading clinical care in the aged care sector.Strong knowledge of the aged care accreditation system and compliance.Demonstrated knowledge of ACFI/ANACC.Experience in educating, mentoring and motivating staff.Superior communication skills both written and verbal.Working with Disability Services Yellow Card or be eligible to apply.Proof of seasonal influenza shot for 2024.Current Senior First Aid + CPR Certificate.How to Apply If this sounds like you, please submit your application by following the links on the recruitment page.
