Job DescriptionAbout the role The Administration Officer – NDIS Coordination & Resident Admissions will provide a high standard of administration support to the JNC management team and manage the pre-admission, admission, and discharge processes.
Duties Coordinate facility tours.Completion of documentation.Answering office phone calls.Assist residents and visitors with enquiries.Maintain up to date list of NDIS participants.Schedule and coordinate NDIS review meetings.Maintain currency with all relevant software systems through mandatory training.Culture Enjoy working in an organisation that makes a difference in the community. Permanent full time position.Starting annual salary of $62,000 (depends on qualification and experience) and 11.5% super.Free parking.Desired Skills and ExperienceCOVID - 19 Requirements Immunization history showing you have received two doses of a Covid 19 vaccine is encouraged.Required Cert III or higher in Business or another related field.Minimum one (1) year's experience in a similar role.Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with community and external service providers.Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.Disability Worker Screening Clearance Card (Yellow card) or be eligible to apply.Preferred Experience working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
