About ATSICHS BrisbaneATSICHS Brisbane is a not-for-profit community-owned health and human services organisation delivering on the unique health and wellbeing needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in greater Brisbane and Logan.We pride ourselves on providing health and human services, our way supporting our people and community in our commitment to creating a flourishing future and lasting legacy for them and their families.ATSICHS Brisbane is a member of the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH).About the roleThe Administration Officer NDIS Coordination & Resident Admissions will provide a high standard of administration support to the JNC management team and manage the pre-admission, admission, and discharge processes.DutiesCoordinate facility tours.Completion of documentation.Answering office phone calls.Assist residents and visitors with enquiries.Maintain up to date list of NDIS participants.Schedule and coordinate NDIS review meetings.Maintain currency with all relevant software systems through mandatory training.CultureEnjoy working in an organisation that makes a difference in the community.
