Jewellery Retail Sales Manager

Melbourne Temple and Grace jewellery is one of Australia's leading jewellery stores. Located at 1 Queens Road (just opposite Albert park) in Melbourne, VIC 3004, we are looking for a self-motivated individual with knowledge of diamonds and jewellery OR prior jewellery sales experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the Melbourne jewellery boutique and must have a passion for exceeding client expectations. You would need to be at the jewellery boutique from Friday to Monday (at the very least), and we may be able to offer more hours/days if you are flexible. An attractive salary package and flexible working hours will be provided to those who have good knowledge of jewellery (especially engagement and wedding rings).
If a full-time position is not something you are looking for, we also have part-time/casual openings available. Our clients visit us after making bookings on our website. So, even if you're looking for a flexible part-time (Friday to Monday) role, this opportunity may be just what you are looking for!

Encountering discerning clients, you should be capable of reaching and exceeding their expectations through sophisticated presentation, outstanding communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent in-house training will be provided, with an opportunity for ongoing jewellery education to expand your knowledge and expertise in this exciting industry.
