About You: You have experience in driving projects, operations, and ideally in launching and managing an online business. Experience with products, educational courses, and events will be a strong advantage, as we are a dynamic business growing our offerings for our community.
You must love technology, building launch plans, and owning end-to-end launches. You enjoy working towards targets, analyzing data to make decisions, and driving all the detailed parts to ensure successful launches.
You must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in detail to set up, manage, and monitor both the product and quality of the offer. You know how to collect feedback, implement changes, and lead change for further growth.
About the Role: As the Online Business Manager, you are responsible for the online business systems, processes, and experience for our community.
Your responsibilities will include:
Program Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver online programs by mapping out annual product planning and launch timelines, integrating all marketing functions to ensure cohesion and efficiency. Platform and Tools Management: Manage and optimize Kajabi for program hosting, implement automations, and ensure seamless content delivery. Master Asana for project tracking and be proficient with Freshdesk and Google Analytics. Team Coordination: Work efficiently with the brand and community teams to ensure clarity and alignment at each stage of the funnel. Continuous Program Improvement: Partner with the Community Manager to gather data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance program effectiveness. Data-Driven Insights: Review data to ensure awareness activity drives conversion and sales, providing insights for improvement. New Market Development: Proactively drive new awareness levers to create traffic and customer acquisition by supporting the brand and content teams. Experience: Proven experience as an Online Business Manager, Launch Manager, or similar role. Strong skills in analytics and data reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics to drive strategy. A people-focused leader who brings support, warmth, clarity, and accountability to the team. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an ability to adapt quickly. Must be able to work independently and as part of the team. A strategic thinker who thrives on planning, organizing, and executing complex projects.
