Working Hours | Monday-Friday on a rota basis hours between of 8am-8pm (40 Hours)Salary | £24,000 p/a Here at MJ Quinn we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Jeopardy Coordinator to join the business.
This position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool, working 40 hours between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
As a Jeopardy Coordinator, you will be responsible for 'on the day' allocation and Jeopardy management of work for all service delivery products and pro-actively managing the outbound workflow.
Responsibilities of the role: Allocation of work to field teamsAllocate and jeopardy manage the work stack to help deliver efficiencies in the operation and maximise the bottom-line contributionDeliver inbound and outbound call metrics and maintain service level agreementsPrioritise on the day work stack and allocate effectively to deliver client metricsOperate a duty of Care function for field personnelDealing with requests via inbound calls within a timely manner and observing daily KPIsMonitoring all upholding queues and identifying potential conversionsWhat are we looking for: Experience of working within a similar role.Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.Customer service experience – dealing with engineers is preferred but not essential.Good level of IT skills with experience working on Microsoft 365.Benefits packages: Competitive salaryMedicash SchemePension SchemeGym & Retail DiscountsX2 Life AssuranceDiversity Statement At MJ Quinn, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, equitable workforce.
