Associate Director - Recruiting Technology Sales About the Company: Our client is a leader in the SEO and Organic Search space with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. They are passionate about helping their clients succeed online and are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their PERTH sales team.
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities. This role would be best suited to a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. This position offers hybrid working arrangements - WFH, in office & on the field (must have own vehicle).
Responsibilities: Identify, generate and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Build a steady pipeline of new opportunities as well as conducting frequent pipeline reviews. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients (both in person & virtual). Collaborate internally to ensure a smooth sales process. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Track record of successfully acquiring new business. A solid understanding of SEO and SEM. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail. Pay range and compensation package: Salary: $80- $90k + car allowance + super + uncapped comms ($120-$130K realistic OTE in first year)
