Overview of our role As the Digital Portfolio Coordinator, you will be empowered to provide essential support to the successful management of the assigned Digital portfolio; you will essentially support their General Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Solution Managers across the IT Portfolio programs and projects.
Assigned to the Portfolio Manager, you will work closely to collaborate with the Portfolio Delivery Lead and the Delivery Services team, providing Portfolio support, Portfolio management deliverables, and support at Project & Programs where required.
A little about you Extensive experience in coordinating portfolios, programs, or projects, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Skilled in influencing and collaborating with peers to ensure high-quality outcomes. Proven ability to deliver critical tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Exceptional planning, organizational, and financial management skills, including experience with large-scale programs. Confident communicator with the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholder expectations effectively. Proficient in project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PMO systems. Qualifications / certifications & Skills Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field. Experience in the energy sector or a regulated industry is advantageous. Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and communicate complex information effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and their application within project management.
