Since 2011, we've been committed to excellence, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Forklift Operator to join our expanding team at our newly refurbished depot in Archerfield.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll report directly to the Operations Manager and Cross Dock Coordinator at Archerfield and be responsible for not only operating forklifts to transport goods but also take on key warehouse responsibility such as managing inventory, receiving and dispatching stocks and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.
Monday to Friday schedule plus every second Saturday.
This is a full-time, immediate start position where you'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
Incident-Free Operations: Work safely with full support from the JDRT team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Forklift Operation: Safely load, unload and handle various products.
Paperwork Precision: Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries.
Warehouse: Assist with general warehouse duties, ensuring safety and compliance with regulation.
About You:
A team player with a passion for incident free operations and excellence in customer services
Warehousing & Logistics experience;
Forklift License;
Written and basic digital skills e.g.
Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent customer service skills, and a customer first mindset;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; and
Pro-active, continuous improvement mindset.
