About the role:
Working closely with the Commercial Director, the Commercial Executive will assist the Commercial team with the coordination of JCDecaux contracts with private, business and government clients, whilst also seeking to improve the experience for the Commercial team and our contract partners.
The considered and profitable management of our outdoor leases will enable JCDecaux to grow its audience footprint and provide a better connection for brands and communities.
A Day in the Life:
Whilst there's no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:
Liaising with multiple stakeholders- both internal and external. Create, edit, and submit contract amendments, ensuring data integrity Ensure the renewal tracker is updated regularly Maintain appropriate security of documents, filing cabinets and confidential material Create, and maintain deployment project plans and schedules Assist with the preparation and tracking of license agreements Liaise with Asset Development team to ensure rollout of new assets are within scope, time, and budget Liaise with customer and internal stakeholders as needed for escalations Ensure trackers, spreadsheets, registers and information systems are regularly updated to maintain data integrity and to ensure effective project progress tracking About You:
You'll have some experience or interest in property leasing, town planning and contractual matters. Someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and a real team player. In addition to:
