With our team of passionate diesel fitters, Wideland Group has a great working atmosphere and with the right attitude you too will have the potential to grow and venture into larger areas within the company.We are searching for highly motivated individuals, with a strong work ethic, to join our field service team.Rewards and Benefits:Full-time employment with above award wages.Job security.Uniforms provided.Service vehicle provided with fuel card onsite.Laptop and mobile phone provided.Monthly BBQ's and Team connect events.OEM Service Training.You will be required to do:Perform mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance.Repair, maintain, and service engines and components of all vehicles and parts, from skid steers to large earth-moving equipment.Diagnostics and fault findings.Attend breakdowns and provide technical advice.Comply with all Wideland Groups and client policies and procedures.Ensure the workplace is always kept to a high standard.What we need from you:You will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual having completed a Diesel Fitting or similar automotive trade qualification. You will also have a demonstrated understanding of the agricultural, construction, and earthmoving industries with the ability to identify and complete tasks without direction. A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role will be viewed favourably.Cert III in Engineering Mechanical Trade (Diesel Fitting) OR Equivalent.Experience with agricultural, construction, and earthmoving equipment.The ability to work as a team and independently.Committed to safety for self and others.Attention to detail – 'Fix it right first time'.Join an excellent team working alongside highly qualified colleagues – with a local company who can offer long-term career opportunities and progression.#J-18808-Ljbffr
