Position:
We are seeking a Project Architect to lead our medium commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who is keen to take on more leadership responsibilities, working directly with clients and managing a small project team. We will also consider suitable candidates nearing completion of their pathway to registration with the experience required for this role.

Responsibilities: Leading and managing commercial projects across project delivery phases to completion, ensuring design integrity and the highest technical standards throughout the project. Leading and mentoring a small team, fostering a cooperative work environment. Collaborating directly with clients, contractors, and consultants for delivery of projects on time and on budget, achieving a high level of client satisfaction. Managing the technical aspects of projects, including design development, documentation, and coordination of all required approvals. Keeping up to date with industry trends, building codes, and technologies. Requirements: A minimum of five years' architectural experience , with a proven track record in delivering small to medium commercial projects. Proficient in Revit (experience in Enscape would also be helpful but not essential). Project Leader experience on small to medium commercial projects in South Australia. Thorough knowledge technical documentation and the construction process. Commercial interior design project knowledge not essential but useful within our small team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, team members and external stakeholders. Located in Australia with full working rights. Why Join Us?
