As the Store Manager, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities, including:
Coaching and mentoring the store team to always put the customer first and deliver a positive experience. Developing sales and profit strategies aligned with business goals. Proactively engaging with your team to identify hazards and manage risks. About you
Dedicated to the ongoing development of your team. Driven and ambitious to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of all facets of retail management. Customer-focused with the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
