Assisting in merchandising across the range of product categories (point of sale material placement, ticket writing etc) within the store Selling the complete product range to ensure each customer gets the best JB solution to their needs Helping drive JB's customer service and sales process standards and expectations About you You enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Games Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise You must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated team, and have the ability to work under pressure JB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
