Join Our Team as Head of Dance at Long Jetty HQ!
We're searching for an inspiring and dedicated dance teacher to take on the role of Head of Dance at our Long Jetty HQ. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a Studio Manager role, with comprehensive training and fantastic incentives provided.
What You'll Do:
Teach five afternoons and two mornings per week , delivering classes across various age groups and styles, always supported by an assistant teacher. Mentor dancers through their development, ensuring growth as they advance into their senior years. Collaborate with other teachers as the go-to leader , ensuring smooth operations. You'll be the first to arrive and the last to leave, setting the tone for excellence. Play an active role in expanding our programs, including Tap, Musical Theatre, RAD Ballet, and more. Support key events throughout the year, including mid-year and end-of-year shows, dress rehearsals, photo days, and community events (approximately 4–5 weekends annually). What We're Looking For:
A passionate teacher with 3+ years of experience in Jazz, Hip-hop, Acrobatics, and Contemporary dance. Someone who strives to continuously learn and grow, embodying the spirit of lifelong learning. An entrepreneurial mindset, treating the role as if running your own dance business by overseeing creative teaching and fostering meaningful relationships with students and families. Why Join Us?
