Our team are seeking an experienced Financial Controllerto join the team, we are looking for a professional that is confident in their abilities.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Ensure all billable business activities are charged to clients in an accurate and timely fashion Accurate and timely reporting of any exceptions or issues encountered Ensure all client billings is accurate and in line with contracts and agreed terms Liasing with clients to ensure any issues have been resolved in timely fashion Executing accounts receivable process (drafting and distributing invoices, ensuring client approves and receipts in time for scheduled payment) is strictly adhered to ensure billings are in line with contracts Monthly reconciliation of client billings and distribution of client statements; Preparation of analytical reporting utilisation and key business metrics Daily review of drilling activity system to ensure all drilling records are being approved on a timely basis for billings Preparation of Cashflow forecasts Tax Planning, BAS CAP EX Assistinggroup accountants and CFOwith daily,weekly and monthly reporting to Senior Managementweekly and preparing board reports monthly for presentation..
