Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting) Full time JB Contracting, a privately owned civil and earthworks company, is seeking an experienced Finance / AR Officer based at our head office in Kalgoorlie.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Reviewing chargesheets Managing client queries Daily review of plods Following up clients for overdue payments Fuel reconciliation Managing any variations in existing contracts in coreplan Mid-month invoicing Month-end invoicing Ensuring all applicable charges are billed per contracts Setting up new contracts in coreplan Wage income reconciliation To be considered for this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in a similar role Attention to detail Strong communication – written and verbal Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment Able to work with Finance team, Operations team, and Clients in a consistent and professional manner Excel skills We offer: Market Leading Remuneration Family Friendly Rosters Novated Leases Available Remote area salary packaging benefits available Structured personal Development Plans Due to the fast-paced, varied, and autonomous nature of this position, you will need to demonstrate experience in these situations.
