Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven salesperson to join our dealership team, specialising in the sale of Hino, Fuso, and other Japanese truck brands.
This role is pivotal in growing sales and maintaining strong client relationships across the southwest region of Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the truck industry, particularly within the Japanese truck market, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Hino, Fuso, and other Japanese truck brands.Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, offering tailored truck solutions that meet specific business needs.Stay updated on the latest truck models, features, and benefits across multiple Japanese brands to provide informed recommendations to customers.Actively prospect for new business opportunities, generating leads through networking, marketing, and cold outreach.Provide clients with detailed advice on truck specifications, financing options, and dealership services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Collaborate closely with internal departments, including service and finance teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline the sales process.Represent the dealership at local business events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate sales opportunities.Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the automotive or heavy vehicle sector, with an emphasis on truck sales.Strong understanding of Japanese truck brands, including Hino, Fuso, and others, is highly desirable.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients and close deals.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales success.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and maintain detailed sales pipelines.A valid drivers licence.
