We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne who will strengthen relationships with our C-Level, Fortune 1000, and other large corporate clients. The job involves relationship management with important CSC customers, handling client issues as they arise, and strategically partnering with our largest customers. This position requires extensive client contact including some face-to-face meetings. This role would suit someone who understands the value of long-term relationships and seeking a career working with cutting edge technology and global internet branding. In this role you will: Build relationships with C-Level Executives Manage customer relationships and drive growth in assigned accounts Work on client briefs, hold face-to-face client meetings, and telephone calls Work with the marketing team to create campaigns Develop effective client presentations Network by attending industry-specific events and trade shows Share sales, product knowledge, and ideas with other team members What skills do you need? Fluent in both Japanese and English An energetic and enthusiastic willingness to assist customers Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills An interest in working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders The ability to think strategically to meet the clients' needs Effective communication and organizational skills
