The role
You will be part of a clinical team at Woolwich, with the support and guidance from the Care Services Manager.
You will oversee the day-to-day provision of clinical care, including the oversight and education of staff to ensure that all customer care, assessment, and documentation requirements are met, and that quality care services are provided to meet the daily needs of residents.
Who we are looking for
A team player, professional, friendly, and able to work a regular roster within our village Current AHPRA registration as a senior Registered Nurse (experience in aged care highly regarded) Demonstrated clinical leadership skills and knowledge Knowledge of all relevant legislation in aged care Learning and development experience, including undertaking staff competency assessments Resourceful, respectful, passionate, and willing to share knowledge and experiences within your team Strive for excellence in care and service for our people What's in it for you?
