Join our Remuneration Services team as a Remuneration (Payroll) Advisor.
Fixed-term opportunity until late 2025 Based at our Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus in picturesque tropical North Queensland Competitive Remuneration up to $90K plus 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits.
The Role:

As part of a hardworking and supportive team, you will be instrumental in delivering tangible outcomes, assisting with both day-to-day payroll processing and shaping the future of our function.
Key Responsibilities:
Support fortnightly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage tailored case management for individual employee remuneration queries.
Contribute to compliance project initiatives and improvements within the payroll function.
Assist in modernising and contemporising payroll processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
What you can bring to the role:
Proven experience in payroll and remuneration, with an in-depth understanding of operational payroll processing.
A focus on continuous improvement and efficiency, with a track record of successfully implementing changes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in both operational and project-based roles.
A proactive, "hands-on" approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to deliver excellent service to internal customers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
