You will use your strong organisational and administration skills to help manage families, accounts and respond to enrolment enquiries. You will also support the Service Managers to monitor attendances, labour and budgets, preparing reports and presentations as required.As the Service Support Officer, you will support services and families in escalations of issues and complete work delegated to you by the Operations Manager within the scope of your role.KEY DELIVERABLESSupport the Operations team to build attendance and family relationships.Support the Operations team to achieve key business deliverables.Respond to escalated enquiries on behalf of the Operations team.Perform key business administration tasks including filing and archiving.Engage with services and families in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.EXPERIENCEExperience in customer service, call centre or business administration (essential)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT skills, with the ability to adapt to in-house systems (essential)Experience in using childcare management systems (desirable)Experience in ECEC or OSCH setting (desirable)Experience with XAP and Employment Hero (desirable)QUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary education in business, computers or office management (desirable)Senior First Aid Certificate including CPR, anaphylaxis management and emergency asthma Training (desirable)Relevant Working with Children Check (Blue Card - QLD)This is a wonderful short term opportunity to work for a community based organisation with flexible work arrangements.PAY RATE35 AUD - 40 AUD (Hour)COMPANY OVERVIEWJabiru is a local, social for purpose, not-for-profit organisation with over 35 years of history in Queensland, partnering with children, young people, and families by creating safe places and relationships that connect people, resources, ideas, and communities.
