About the role: Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture and working as part of a small, collaborative HR team, you will provide effective coordination and HR administration services. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the design and delivery of exciting projects, including the development of a refreshed onboarding experience.
You'll also be the first point of contact for employee enquiries and provide generalist HR support. From assisting across the full range of HR functions to ensuring a seamless experience for our team members, your contributions will make a tangible impact across the organisation.
About you You're an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a passion for HR and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
What we're looking for: Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role (desirable but not essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
