About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced HVAC&R Service Manager to join the team on a full-time basis.
As the HVAC&R Service Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of the service department, leading a team of technicians to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled manager with extensive HVAC experience, a strong focus on leadership, and a passion for providing top-tier service. Tasks & Responsibilities Duties will include but are not limited to:
Manage, coach, and motivate the field and administration team by providing leadership and expert knowledge. Oversee customer service quality, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the timely resolution of issues. Provide technical phone support for field staff as required. Ensure that all work is completed according to company standards and industry regulations. Support the Service Supervisor and assist in the day-to-day operational running of the Service Department. About You As our new HVAC&R Service Manager , you will have the experience to manage a service department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will possess the knowledge and understanding to support a team and provide leadership and guidance to maximize departmental performance.
You will have:
Extensive experience in the HVAC industry. A strong focus on safety and quality of work standards. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in day-to-day business operations. Great salary + super & 17.5% leave loading. RDO every 4 weeks to create a long weekend, resulting in an extra 13 long weekends a year.
