ABOUT THE ROLE Step into a key role as a Remedial Foreman, focusing on high-quality finishes and remedial works while ensuring WHS compliance and on-time delivery.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be supported by a collaborative team, including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Leading Hand, and Cadet, giving you the resources to deliver outstanding results.
DUTIES Lead and manage daily site operations with precision Ensure strict adherence to WHS compliance Coordinate and manage subcontractors and project schedules Oversee structural work, finishes, and remedial works Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions SKILLS & EXPERIENCE High-end Residential experience preferred Experience managing Waterproofing & Remedial Subcontractors Strong track record of stability with previous employers Trade qualification CULTURE This business is seen as an employer of choice with excellent staff retention and longevity across their state divisions.
