About the Position.
As a Foreman, you will work directly with the Site and Project Manager to ensure the timely delivery on a bespoke mixed-use project valued at $50m.
You will be responsible for leading the site team to ensure that all site activity is being completed efficiently, safely, and on budget.
Duties.
Manage Sub-contractors and Tradesmen Aid and facilitate small onsite tasks to benefit project flow Oversee onsite safety requirements Manage structures and finishes
Skills & Experience.
Strong communication skills to ensure all trades are working cohesively Ability to supervise staff onsite, including sub-contractors Demonstrated project experience above $10M
