ABOUT THE POSITION.
This leadership position involves a seasoned Geotechnical Engineer who will manage a project from start to finish whilst heading a team of Geotechnical Engineers.
You will be involved in all aspects of the project, from liaising with clients to project development and delivery, as well as analysis of geotechnical complexities.

DUTIES.

Lead and manage geotechnical designs.
Provide technical oversight and work allocation for projects.
Mentor and train Geotechnical Engineers from Junior to Senior.
Contribute to complex project tenders and cost estimates.
Develop relationships with clients and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities to grow the division.
Manage budgets for assigned projects.
Ensure project delivery in a timely manner.
Analyse, review, and prepare recommendations for complex geotechnical projects.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Proven track record in geotechnical engineering, with a portfolio of diverse and complex projects.
Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Software proficiency with Plaxis 2D/3D, GeoStudio, Gint, MS Suite & Openground.
Previous experience in leading a team.
Ability and experience in geotechnical investigations, design, and project management.
