ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Operating across NSW, the company delivers high-quality projects across a range of sectors, specialising in new build, fit out and refurbishment projects within the commercial space. With strong, established relationships with several high-profile clients, the firm has secured a number of exciting projects within its areas of expertise. As a result, the company is looking to hire an ambitious Contracts Administrator eager to take the next step into Project Management and oversee the full delivery of current and upcoming projects.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the site, design, and project teams to deliver multiple projects across NSW, from the initial design phase through to completion. These projects range in value from $5M to $30M. You will collaborate with both the client and the project team to ensure the successful delivery of each project to the highest standards.

Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable Minimum 1 year in the building industry Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers Good communication and people skills Attention to detail Time management CULTURE.
