About the Role:
Due to an exceptionally strong pipeline and project growth, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a highly reputable company. Work alongside experienced Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and Site Managers.
Duties: Progress claims, variations, and RFIs Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders Review and negotiate subcontract terms Ensure contract compliance with project specifications and regulations Generate reports on project progress, budgetary performance, and risks Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar Ability to organize, communicate, and display good time management skills Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients and stakeholders Proven Contracts Administration experience Culture:
