Work alongside experienced Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and Site Managers.Duties:Progress claims, variations, and RFIsEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsEnsure contract compliance with project specifications and regulationsGenerate reports on project progress, budgetary performance, and risksPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSkills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similarAbility to organize, communicate, and display good time management skillsCapable of building strong work relationships with external clients and stakeholdersProven Contracts Administration experienceCulture:This company heavily invests their time in the training and development of their employees to ensure they are continually growing and progressing.
