The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of highly specialized fit-out projects across Canberra. With the management team's focus on progressing their staff, you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career.DUTIES.Progress claims, variations, RFI'sEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBuilding related tertiary qualifications are advantageous, but not essentialTeam-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractorsPrevious experience in a Contracts Administrator/Site Engineer/Project Coordinator role within the construction industryCULTURE.You will join a positive and enjoyable working environment that has excellent team collaboration.
