ITF Hire specialises in Temporary Fencing, Portable Toilet Hire and Servicing, Liquid Waste Management and both Internal and External Hoarding. ITF Hire has been servicing the greater Sydney region for over 15 years, providing their clients with quality products and reliable services.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Office Manager to oversee sales, customer service, office management, and accounts functions, while ensuring smooth operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Management : Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including managing staff, timesheets, diaries, and scheduling meetings. Lead interviews and assist in onboarding new team members. Sales : Handle sales for fencing, toilets, and hoardings, including preparing quotes, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating events. Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to both customers and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Office Management : Supervise general office operations, coordinate schedules, ensure efficient workflow, and assist senior management with administrative tasks. Accounts : Maintain an overview of company accounts, including follow-ups and handling any issues. Proficiency with MYOB or Xero preferred for managing invoicing, payments, and general financial oversight. Allocator Oversight : Oversee the allocator's operations to ensure accurate and timely distribution of resources and equipment. Hire Industry Knowledge : A background in hire services, transport logistics, or equipment hire is preferred, with an understanding of the specific requirements in these fields. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, sales, customer service, and accounts. Previous experience in the hire industry, transport logistics, or equipment hire is highly regarded. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively. Proficient in MYOB or Xero (preferred). Valid driver's license required. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 45-hour working week. Compensation:
