Our Scrum Masters
Elabor8 Scrum Masters/Iteration Managers are drawn from a variety of backgrounds and industries, including technology, finance, and education. The unifying theme amongst our Scrum Masters is a deep understanding of and passion for the practical application of Agile/Lean methodologies.
Our SM/IMs focus on practical solutions, and work on-site on with our clients who range from digital start-ups to the big corporates, helping teams to become agile, not just doing agile.
By focusing inwardly on their teams, our people enable delivery to and beyond expectations, thus making valuable contributions to the organisation and promoting the continued benefits of agile.
We are currently looking to build our team with a number of new Iteration Managers/Scrum Masters consultants as soon as we can. Could you be one of them?
About you
You have some experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master (3 years min. ideally) with hands-on commercial experience either leading, or being part of a team that facililitates and coaches digital/software teams in Agile techniques and methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban LeSS, SAFe) with a diverse range of clients.
You might have a banking, finance, superannuation, insurance, retail, energy, government or consulting background.
You lead by example, bringing your team and stakeholders along with you on the Agile transformation journey, rather than just applying a dogmatic, theoretical approach - you are adaptable and practical.
You are confident in your abilities and enjoy either working as the sole resource or as a team member on client sites, using Agile methodologies to lead and drive teams towards innovative solutions that satisfy business needs.
