12 month contract within NSW GovernmentFlexible working from home arrangements with CBD locationAbout Our Client Our client is a large governmental body. They operate on a large scale, employing over 5000 people across a range of departments including technology.
Job Description Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Guide team discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes, while addressing and removing any blockers that may arise.Provide ongoing support, coaching, and education to the team and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices, helping the team achieve high performance, continuous improvement, and increased Agile maturity.Foster a shared understanding of solutions across feature teams, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure all team dependencies are clearly communicated to stakeholders.Keep the team focused on key program priorities, milestones, release schedules, and the overall program roadmap.Identify opportunities for process improvement and track the impact on team burndown and velocity, providing visibility for informed decision-making.Assist in the planning, execution, and roadmap management of a portfolio of work, delivering regular program updates, including risks, issues, and escalations, on a bi-weekly basis.Manage stakeholder relationships through clear communication, effective negotiation, and proactive issue resolution, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and project deliverables are met.The Successful Applicant A successful Iteration Manager should have:
