Iteration ManagerYOUR ROLEOur Change & Project Management Practice is looking for an experienced Iteration Manager. As an Iteration Manager, you will deliver value to stakeholders and be responsible for fostering Agile processes within the team. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage Agile methodologies to streamline and enhance the initiation and progression of new initiatives within the Value Stream, ensuring a continuous and optimal workflow.You will empower delivery teams, focus on continuous, high-quality outcomes that prioritise customer value and maximise flow. As a coach, you will foster Agile ways of working, promote continuous improvement, and build team resilience and high performance. You will use both technical and functional knowledge to remove roadblocks and identify risks.As an IM, you will facilitate interdependencies across teams and collaborate with project or program management for estimates and resource planning. You will aim to develop high-performing teams, improve iteration management, and work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers. You will be responsible for supporting platform strategy alignment with the enterprise goals, proactively manage demand, and ensure delivery reliability.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for the right person with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences:5+ years' experience in a scrum master or iteration manager role; specifically in a complex corporate setting.Experience working in environments with a mix of delivery methodologies, with particular exposure to enterprise agile delivery.Proven ability to support solutions that deliver value for customers, business, and our people in a complex environment.Experience in fostering innovation within your team and colleagues, demonstrating and encouraging lifelong learning and continuous improvement.Experience in facilitating and supporting delivery, plans and change associated with technology delivery and business improvement.Relevant Certifications: You have relevant industry or specialist qualifications, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe, LeSS etc.Experience with using tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, Tableau, Microsoft 365 tools.Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.This is a full-time, permanent role that is open to people based anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.This role offers flexible working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being in the office.Application closes Thursday, 7 November 2024 at 11:59pm.ABOUT USIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
