Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Level 1 or 2 ITC Support Person to join our team.
This role involves providing technical support to our clients, resolving IT issues, client onboarding and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in office and out in field.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Provide support for operating systems, office applications, and other software.Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.Document and track support requests in our ticketing system.Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.Vehicle License and Working with Children Checks are mandatory.What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Access to the latest technology and tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
