About the Position: As the IT Vendor Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Your focus will be on aligning digital initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including program managers and legal teams. Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and pricing with vendors to optimize program delivery. Deliver strategic procurement plans in partnership with the Procurement team. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related activities, resolving performance issues and contractual challenges. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Facilitate regular communication with vendors to discuss performance and upcoming projects. Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in vendor management, in an IT setting. Strong negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills.
