Our client is currently recruiting for a seasoned IT Transition Manager with a tried and tested background in working on highly critical, high visibility IT Programs.
We are looking for strong experience across Infrastructure modernisation and obsolescence programs with respect to Transition Management. To be successful in this role, you will have worked across large scale, complex, federated IT environments acting as the key Transition manager for software and Infrastructure releases.
With outstanding skills across stakeholder engagement, communications, project management, and complex Infra/App release management, you will work across a diverse set of stakeholders such as vendors, the business, release managers, and many more.
ResponsibilitiesLeading and overseeing transitions and change initiatives within an organization.Developing comprehensive transition plans and strategies.Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process.Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise.Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and managing resistance effectively.Requirements and SkillsProven experience in managing organizational transitions or change initiatives.Comprehensive background in IT Service Management and ITIL Delivery.ITIL Certification.Proven experience working across Infra/App transition programs.Strong leadership and communication skills.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.Your application will include the following questions:
